Every CALITA order ships with a tracking number. Enter it below to see exactly where your parcel is right now.

No number yet? It is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our warehouse. The delivery estimate you saw at checkout covers the journey itself, not the packing time before it.

Number not scanning yet? That is normal for the first few days. Carriers only register a parcel once it reaches the first sorting hub, so the number can look dead for a while after you receive it.

Tracking stuck in the same place for a week? International parcels sit in customs, sometimes for several days, and nothing scans while they are there. It usually clears on its own.

Still stuck, or no confirmation email at all? Check your spam and promotions folders first, then email contact@calita.store with your order number. A real person answers, within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
